Air France and KLM have gone live with the BagAssist system for their operations at Paris Charles-de-Gaulle and Amsterdam Schiphol airports. The system, manufactured by SkyAssist of Belgium, supports users in the resolution of baggage incidents. The web-based, thin-client software automates baggage tracing processes for the first five days of a baggage incident. The two new customers have opted for new high-productivity interfaces that automatically retrieve passenger contact information for frequent flyers as well as complete routing based on baggage tag number. |
