Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) has selected its partners for services such as aviation fuel, cargo, ground handling, retail and duty-free shops, food and beverage and flight catering. A consortium of Skytanking and Indian Oil will build and operate the fuel farm and hydrant system, while Singapore Air Terminal Services (SATS), Air India and Bobba Group/Menzies Aviation will team up on cargo operations. SATS will also provide ground handling, along with GlobeGround India and Air India. Nuance/Shoppers' Stop gets the retail and duty-free shops. HMS Host Corporation will provide food and beverage services while LSG Skychefs and Taj SATS will handle flight catering.
