ALTA, AvGroup form business alliance

ALTA, the Latin American Air Transport Association, has announced that it has strengthened its longstanding partnership with Miami-Based AvGroup by forming a business alliance. The two will collaborate on a number of fronts, including conference marketing, database management, management efficiency and other industry issues in which each side has specific areas of expertise.  As part of the exchange, each side will be represented at each other’s major annual conference.
 
“ALTA and AvGroup are pooling our resources and ideas together, with the industry being the winner,” said ALTA executive director Alex de Gunten (pictured).  “AvGroup has decades of experience in Latin America and we look forward to exploring all of the possible opportunities between us.”
